Horrible experience here TWICE. First time, ok, I sort of admit. I was younger and not that great at keeping appointments. I missed a total of 3 appointments over a year but I felt it was harsh to be removed from the practice entirely! I got back in, and then NEVER missed an appointment and was then REMOVED AGAIN for NO REASON! The only thing I can recall is that 1. The receptionist was giving me a hard time for simply trying to request medical records that the law clearly shows I am entitled to... Then she began berating me in the lobby... Telling me I’m never allowed back and I am trash... because I said “what the hell” under my breathe.. (mind you I’m a war vet... it is a bad habit to swear sometimes.) They are bullies. The staff treats you like a child, they submit claims incorrectly, hang up on you if you disagree, and when you complain they threaten to stop seeing you. Thankfully, these types of docs are a dime a dozen.
