I cannot recommend Mr. Stacy as a real estate closing attorney based on my experience. He was referred to me by agent Roxanne Weavil at ReMax Realty in Boone, NC. Mr. Dustin Stacy and Ms Weavil were both aware that work agreed upon in the closing contract was not paid for at closing which was unbeknownst to myself. Although they were both aware, I was never informed of this, but have been left with additional expense and headache in trying to resolve the issue.
