It was a no brainer for me to call Stacy when my mother had to sell her house this year as I had already worked with him 10 years ago when I sold my house . I know I can count on his excellent judgement and I know he keeps it a calm experience throughout ! As it happened , the house sold ( in 4 days ! ) and I would not be available for the signing and would not be able to take my mother to the notary .
