I had 2 balloons filled with helium the day before my sons birthday and by the morning one had fallen so low I I was so disappointed I thought they would both last longer than half a day. One is standing but I paid $17 for 2 balloons both to be filled with helium.
During the recent storm that hit the Gold Coast, we sent our son to buy a 10m extension cord to use with our generator. He somehow ended up at Stacks Variety Helensvale, where not knowing any better got slugged $29.95! I am frankly disgusted by their profiteering in a time of crisis. So much for the Aussie spirit of pulling together in difficult times! Not expecting it for free, but that was pure greed! Never ever shopping there again!
