Outstanding Customer Service! During the New Years Eve snow storm, I had a tire pop off of the rim of my snowblower. Most businesses were closed or unable to perform the repair. Left a voice mail with Fran and he called back 15 min later. Said he would go down and open up his shop to try to repair the tire. Ten minutes after arrival the tire was repaired and I was on my way. He didn't even want to charge me!
I’m very impressed! Stacks did work on my John Deere riding lawn mower. They set realistic expectations about the amount of time it would take, kept me up to date about their progress, got it running like new, and even picked up and dropped off the machine all for a fair price. They just made a customer for life.
