Their name may be "Stacking Dimes", but Connor and the team have pure HEARTS OF GOLD! I am not sure even where to begin or how to express my deep gratitude for their compassion towards our family! Called with an emergency for a broken wheelchair 15 minutes before they closed. Connor called back and told me to come over and they would stay open to help get this resolved same-day! I had a great experience at Stacking Dimes to modify a bike rack to my specs to withstand the much added weight of e-bikes. I gave them my idea and they improved the design with their experience, skills, tools and knowledge! Fair pricing and quick turn around time. These guys are stellar. We dropped off a tool that needed repaired ASAP and they had it back together for us by the next morning. Top notch customer service is hard to come by these days, but Stacking Dimes does it right!
