My family and I got sat to a table by a blonde waitress. And we were left there and forgotten. No offer for water. No offer to take our order. We watched people who came in after us get their order taken and served. For 40 mins. Nothing. We left hungry and my very young daughter crying. Update: We decided to give this restaurant a second chance. We are suckers for pancakes. And the second service with a different waitress was phenomenal! The reason for 3 stars is cleanliness - I work/manage in the food service industry and your bathroom cleaniness speaks for your kitchen cleanliness. This restaurant is relatively new and would have thought the cleanliness would be better. That said, food and service were good. Will I be back....debatable.
Kaelyn was an excellent server, knew the menu, gave options, was attentive and friendly without being overly aggressive. Great experience!!!
