I don't love leaving bad reviews but today's visit to Stacked was a disappointment :( I ordered the Jumbo Express and the sausage was super tough and cold. The toast was also covered in a thick layer of unmelted butter, and everything just felt, off?? I had to wait quite a bit of time to get a coffee refill as well :( Hoping it was just a bad day and these things can improve as I usually love this location!
Had such a great experience yesterday thanks to Puneet! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Definitely some of the best service I’ve had - I’ll be back!
