Great breakfast options. Has lunch as well but haven't had it as many times. Has been good and quick every time I've been there.
Kaila was my server she was amazing! I always go to 130th location but I was in the neighborhood and I know it's the same owner for Macleod trail and 130th so I came to Macleod. I always order the same thing, but with special instructions. Kaila got it PERFECT! Plus she plated my pancakes on a seperate plate ( normally I must ask them to do this). I love the portions, the taste and the service at these 2 locations! Stacked is not all equal. I wish all locations would learn from this owner!!
My daughter and I went for brunch today at the Macleod Trail location. The service was excellent — very friendly, attentive staff — and I want to start by saying that part of our experience was great. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. I ordered the stack of pancakes, which came with two eggs, two bacon, and two sausages. Starting with the coffee: it was weak and barely hot. Always a good breakfast here.
Food here is really good and great value - if it shows up right. I’ve ordered breakfast from here a few times now, and maybe 50/50 that the order is correct. It’s pretty hard to enjoy a waffle stack when they don’t bother sending the waffles. Needs better customer service.
