Adding few noted scenarios today after seeing one 1-star review from that couple as she did mentioned that she is going to post the review, so thought it’s not fair to blame Manager who had no fault at all. I noticed one couple (specially lady) was so rude towards the Manager at the time of leaving, whereas Manager never get a chance to spoke with her during her dining. Had an amazing breakfast experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Maggie. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations—especially when it came to the pancakes and French toast. Drinks were always promptly refilled, and Maggie’s positive attitude really made my morning brighter. Highly recommend asking for Maggie if you’re here; she truly made the experience 5 stars!
