If 0 stars was option I’d pick that… Alyssa and Damon at the Alliston Stacked Pancake location deserve huge recognition. They were professional, patient, and handled the situation with confidence. Honestly, as a manager you should know what you’re doing, why did your two servers (Alyssa and Damon) have to guide you on how to do your job as well as how to initiate a refund? We’ve been to multiple stacked restaurants but this one has the best food, the best atmosphere and the best service! Had to pleasure of having Kristin as our server and she was fantastic! Amazing service and my 2 year old loved her! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Good food and service. Banquet burger is delicious. Kids eat free every weekend in August is a good deal.
