We went here for breakfast. Were seated to the left of door at front of restaurant. After us , three couple came in and were seated further down in the restaurant. We waited and waited. 20 minutes later a mgr came to clean off table beside us. He asked if we had been served and we said no he said he would send someone over right away. We watched all three other couples get served and coffee. Nobody came to us. We were disgusted and got up and left. Never going back.
Had my meat lovers breakfast served to me with hair in the hashbrowns. Server was very apologetic. They just dumped the hashbrowns and gave me new ones (i upped it to holly my hashbrowns) and when it came back my eggs were ripped apart and cold but the hollandaise sauce was warm and the cheese on top was not melted at all. I thought out of courtesy they wouldnt have charged me for my meal but they did. Or at least take off the extra charge for the sauce. Food and service were good but they ran out of English Muffins so we couldn't get the Eggs Benedict that we wanted.
