I visited Stacked for the first time today and had a great experience. I was seated right away and offered the option of a high chair or booster for my toddler. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. Food was huge portions and tasty. My preference is for strong coffee and crispy hash browns which were a little weak and fluffy, respectively, for me but I had a great experience overall and will return.
The burgers were incredible however the French fries were soggy and wet and they had barley any seasoning.
The service is excellent. The food? I don’t get the outstanding reviews - our impression of the food was that it was adequate. And the atmosphere? Sigh. This kills it for me. Bad pop music, noisy, yellow everywhere like dining on the inside of a banana. The placed was packed so obviously a lot of people are digging all this. For me, though, it was a rare dining experience where I would much rather have plonked for fast food, never mind the dozens of really excellent independent restaurants we have in this city.
