I'm Marisa's husband John. As usual with the "movers", they always tack on extra money just because they can. (Move safe Vegas). The office tells you one thing etc. We've done this many times before. Thank God for Brian B. The manager bent over backwards and made our moving experience really excellent in the end. He gave us the first floor and they still ( mover, driver) charged us x amount of dollars. But the added convenience of a ground floor, more than made up for it in value for the coming months. This storage facility is extremely clean. Brian is an excellent representative of Stack and Store. We are very happy we chose this unit.
Brian is very attentive to the details and explains how the facility operates including hours, maintenance, items available for sale, etc. His presence and smile is welcoming and warm and he goes the extra mile to ensure the carts are distributed at both entrances and walkways are not slippery even though building design did not include gutters so water is always dripping on the entrance walkway.
