It WAS a good place to store my camper until they decided to raise the rate from 89 to 144 a month! 55 a month increase! What a joke. Found a place a couple miles away for half that price. Sure you will lose alot of customers with that insane rate.
I would give a better rating for this ace but I had asked them about getting prorated for a storage that I had juts paid full price for the month bc I was charged two days before I cleared everything out. And they put no effort into even tryn to give me half of my money back or anything. So from a customers point of view seems to be pretty careless and made me feel very under valued when I asked politely to be prorated for a storage unit the unit that is now empty bc I no longer needed and just paid $150 for days out of a ne... read more
I called the main headquarters because I was having money problems after I established a date for when I can pay them because of work problems they went and cut my lock and put a lien on my bay totaling almost $150 2 days before I could pay them great service
