My furnace stopped working this past Saturday right before the polar vortex was coming in. I called Stack Comfort Solutions and Jeff was at my house within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem just from the sound of my furnace starting up and fixed it quickly. Very professional, timely, and friendly. Highly recommended!
On time, thorough overview when diagnosing problem, Jeff takes the time to fully explain the problem, the fix and cost. Thereafter, he implemented a maintenance plan and routine service plan to avoid major downtime when we least need it. Jeff and his crew highest marks.

Jeff and Chris are incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, fast, clean, and all around great guys to have in your home for maintenance and service. Great service. Friendly staff. Quality equipment, competitive pricing and they really know what there talking about. Stack has serviced our ac/furnace for years and when it became cost prohibited to fix, they provided numerous costing options ( no pressure sales). They also replace hot water heaters.. Ours is due soon and Stacks prices are very good. I'll be calling them when it's tine.
Jeff responded to my air conditioner breakdown in a timely manner - I was roasting-same when I had a furnace fire same day new furnace installed -he and his crew are amazing
