Jeff could not have been more helpful with a pretty complex problem we had with our boiler. I lost my heat in the coldest weather we had this year. Ended up having a frozen pipe. Jeff called me back at 1 am when a pipe burst to walk me thru the shutoff and still leave heat for the other two zones. He showed up later that morning and repaired the pipe. Fixed the boiler like new. Couldn’t be happier.
