I came home to no water, frozen water pipes from the main. Trent was on the way less than an hour from when I first called (it was a Monday). I really appreciate their professional approach and while I had to secure a deposit for a higher expense repair, they adjusted to what it really cost. Customer service is horrendous, non-existent. If zero stars were an option I’d have chosen zero.
Hangs up on you when trying to talk. Bad business period.
