Can you give less than one for office, physican, and staff. Yikes bikes yall. I live just over an hour away from Orland park location. I waited months to get into her as I’m changing all my physicians over to u of c. On our commute yesterday I-80 became a parking lot when an oversized load semi with a manufactured home on it blew two tires. Then we get on 45 and I had already called office to update that gps was estimating me being 10 mins late. Yikes horrendous, trust the reviews. I have no idea how she works at UChicago Medicine, this is beyond me. My appointment was rushed, she honestly didn't care about what I had to say. People wait months for this appointment only to get pushed out. While I was talking about what was going on she literally cut me off crossed her arms and whipped them out like I was a nuisance. The office called me while I was at work to update my insurance information for an initial appointment that was 2 weeks away. I received a call back an hour later that my appointment has been cancelled. I had already waited a month for the appointment. They never emailed me or allowed me a chance to actually respond to this request. This is just poor management.

Due to pain and tingling in my arms, I saw Dr Graff in August. When I was told the doctor could squeeze me in last minute, I was really grateful. The appointment, however, lasted only ten minutes. During the entire appointment I felt very rushed. I was instructed by her to have lab work performed at the same facility as soon as possible after our appointment. I had no idea why I was getting lab work done but you trust your doctor. Nor did the doctor or lab technician ask me if I had vitamin B12 that morning. My test result c... read more

Rushed Appoitment she doesn’t do this she doesn’t do that. You get the vibe that she doesn’t care for hello. Go to a diffrent doctor go to mars if you can but not here because „she doesn’t do that”. So what do you do? Run in and send people off? Disappointing. Some people wait months for Appoitment just to deal with this type of behavior.
