All the compassion of a porcupine. My daughter came in with pneumonia. She had no choice but to see Ms. Bell which is the third time in the last 8 weeks to be seen by her. My daughter protested as Ms. Bell literally has no warmth to her. My daughter had to get tested for strep (unpleasant test), and after the test, my daughter cried.
