We engaged Matt for a difficult interlocutor situation in an HOA. While the opposing party had been combative and irrational, Matt was not only able to disarm the opposing party, but got us to a resolution within the scope of a few emails and phone calls. If you have simple or complex conflict resolution (or potentially litigation) I can't say enough good things about Matt.
