He was my Dr for two years before I had lost my insurance. In the hospital he said “How are you going to pay this bill. It will be astronomical.” I told him I pay my bills and I’ll pay $50 a month if I have to. His reply was, “I have kids to feed.” He then said he was going to Hawaii the next day and his brother (a Dr as well) would check on me. I never saw either of them again.
