Ordering was easy for my mother's birthday! She loved the florist choice flower arrangement we got her. I ordered it in the evening and it arrived the next day - perfect timing.
I had very detailed outline of my bouquet and we discussed specifically what I wanted with pictures and everything. Day of my wedding, my bouquet came with the wrong greenery, 1 less Cala lily then discussed, and had 1 type of flower missing. How they displaced the bouquet was also incorrect, it was suppose to be more flat and forward facing, however it was round which in turn made the bouquet smaller.
