Horrible experience! Doctor was over an hour late for my Telehealth visit & then never sent my prescription in. I’ve been on the phone with Crystal Run for 2 days trying to clear things up. I have 102 fever, with a small child at home and now I have to find another way to acquire medication on a weekend, with no car. Hope this helps someone who is considering whether or not to visit Crystal Run or make them their primary care doctor. There specialists are great but the physicians could care less!
She handled my appointment a few months ago with a level of intelligence care and humanity that is uncommon in the modern age. She has a spark of passion that makes her work exceptional!
Dr. Whyte-Connell is and outstanding Primary Care Provider. She is intelligent, professional, personable and a more than competent physician. Her broad based, warm and caring approach to the patient as an individual produced better results the first visit for my wife and I than we had had for years. While most of us fall into the Average Range, all of us are slightly different and that seems to be the most important part.
