I've gone to this practice for three years but do not plan to return. Every time I order contacts or glasses, something is delayed or not processed correctly. Even after I specifically ordered both glasses and contacts at the same time, the woman who processed my order didn't think my insurance would cover it so she didn't order my contacts (I'd already called my insurance to confirm they would cover both). Not impressed with the customer service at Broecker Eye & Optical.
