I transitioned my 18 year old daughter from her Pediatric MD to Dr. O'Brien and she has been wonderful. My daughter really likes her!!! The entire staff is great, love the location, and the convenience of having lab right next door.
Dr. O’Brien is so wonderful. She is not only care of her dementia patient ( my mother in law ) but also understand patient’s family faces the difficulties. She helps to assist patient’s care givers in many ways. We are so blessed to have Dr. O’Brien as my mother in law family doctor. She is very busy but she takes time to listen our concerns and giving our suggestions. All her Nurses, medical tech and CNA are so friendly and helpful. Same as Office staffs! Beware if you have an elderly parent. This doctor improperly inserted herself into a family decision regarding medications, overriding the wishes of her patient, the family and 2 other medical professionals, effectively holding us hostage in a costly medication program we neither want nor need. I never leave reviews, but felt strongly enough about this impropriety to do so. A doctor should assist her patients in their care and well-being, this one has caused undue stress and anxiety.
She is one if the best doctors I have ever been to. She cares about her people. She goes above and beyond!
Expect to pay well over a thousand dollars for a 7-minute visit where she doesn’t make eye contact with you and isn’t listening to anything you say. You also won’t be able to get basic prescriptions refilled (birth control, etc.) without paying for another visit. Save your time and money and go with a telehealth appointment.
