Excellent experience with Dr. Murrell’s office. The team member working the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me with an issue I was having with contacts. Would highly recommend!
My family has been going to BA Vision for over 20 years. We have only had great experiences with her and BA Vision.
After receiving my new glasses with transition lenses I noticed they don’t get very dark. I have since learned there was another option I could have gotten that would make them darker. This option was never discussed with me at the time of purchase. I contacted BA Vision to inquire about this situation and was told I have to buy new lenses. Now I have glasses that are useless to me except at night. My wife and I will not return.
