Dr. Carter is Excellent, she's kept me walking for 35 years in October. Dr. Gillis and Dr. V before her were per second my Primary Doctors, I was hit from behind and drove into a logging truck in front of me. At the time I was told I would be in a wheelchair in 5 years.
