Exceptional customer service and care!
I was very grateful to have a quick appointment to remove stitches by staff for a procedure in Spokane. It was quick and easy and very much appreciated. Ellen
Again I was greeted by tremendously friendly staff and ushered soon for treatment. Stacey Lemire is an absolute professional in both depth of knowledge as well as helpful attitude. She treated me while keeping me distracted throughout the procedure. My greatest appreciation.
My son went in for an appointment today (his first) with True Dermatology and didn't have the best experience. My son has a disability. I now feel I should have went inside with him, even though he is mid-20's. Reception was good/someone was in training. The nurse spoke very loudly and felt a bit chaotic to him. The questions were uncomfortable, the responses and interaction with the dermatologist left him feeling he was wasting her time, and as if she didn't want to interact with him. Sandy was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. She really listened to me and my needs/concerns. She also guided me in which products I should be using for my skin concerns. Highly recommend!! Very impressed!!
