I took my mom for her eyes surgery appointment on the day she had scheduled for it. After checking after 15 minutes, staff came out stated they were run 2 hours behind schedules. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I saw staff called their patients in and skipped my mom schedule. I confront them they began given excuses... Please do not use this company/clinic again. Poor management, poor customer service, and lack of professional handling.
Stacey has been amazing to my wife and I. Very professional and amazing at what she does.
