I was very disappointed with my experience. I did not feel listened to or treated with respect. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told I would need another appointment to discuss important health issues. After filing a complaint with the University of Miami Health System, I was only informed by phone that the doctor apologized. From my perspective, my concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and I was left feeling unheard. I hope future patients receive more compassionate care and better communication.
Dr Stacey goes above and beyond to help me understand my treatment plan and explain step by step every little detail that needs to be addressed. She is very knowledgeable and competent. Overall, I would recommend her to my relatives and friends with no hesitation.
Dr. Oddman has being my primary care physician for some time now, very good, caring, attentive and dedicated professional. I highly recommend her.
