Doctor sends in prescription, does not send in prior authorization at all even after being informed by her and her office they will. My insurance even e-faxed her office the form twice! Lies on medical notes from visit .doesnt respond to MyChart messages. Cancelled my next appointment. Very unprofessional! Will never go back! Switched doctors, prescription and prior auth were sent in and approved in less than one day. More proof this is a bad doctor.
