Kevin Funyak is the worst kind of human imaginable. He'll fight for those that are hurt, or for the Insurance company that hires him to oppose the people that are hurt. In the end he's also a wannabe tough guy, bully. In my depositions with him, everyone in the room hated him. He even at one point said "it's just my job" when he was proven wrong time and time again. So, whoever is paying him at the moment. That's who he is fighting for. No integrity at all, as man or a law practitioner.
Cal is one of those attorneys that other attorney's hire. Very professional and personable. I highly recommend Mr. Stacey to anyone.
Arrogant. Rude. Every stereotypical thing people dislike about lawyers.
