A friend recommended Stacey years ago, and she has cut my hair ever since. I have coarse, wavy hair, and she cuts it perfectly every time. I love the location and low-pressure intimate setting. I don't feel like I have to dress up just to get my hair cut. And Stacey is a lot of fun to talk to. I moved to the East Bay a year ago, and I still drive to Palo Alto for Stacey to cut my hair. Update: Stacey has moved to a salon at 4810 Granite Drive, Rocklin CA 95677. You guessed it, I still make the drive for her to do my hair.

Love my hair cut and my eye lash tint too! Effects Hair Salon is a really relaxing and friendly place. I highly recommend Stacey.

I have been a client of Stacy's for probably over 20 years. She is fabulous and has a special talent for hair. I have long, straight hair and she has done wonders with it. Even when I'm not sure what I want to do, she always knows just how to cut or style my hair. Her real artistry is with up-dos and styles. She has done my hair for weddings, corporate holiday parties, and just for fun. Both my boys have thick, curly hair and typically won’t let anyone else but Stacy touch their hair.
