Dr Akers is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is caring, empathetic and patient. I never feel rushed when I see her. She listens to all my questions in office and also responses very quickly through the portal. She has been supportive and proactive through this entire process. I am sitting in the Sisters of Charity Hospital surgical waiting room seething. I am a mother and an RN with almost 52 years in healthcare. My daughter just had surgery. I am her HCP because she had a moderate TBI and seizures. We were NOT impressed when we meet her on office to schedule the surgery. We were given them minutes of her time, of that. She was brisk. Dr. Akers is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She takes care of my family member so kindly.
I went for a CT scan at Roswell Park on 2/25/2021. The CT staff was very helpful. Kelly, my nurse, was compassionate and efficient. Jeff, who did my scan, was pleasant and efficient. They have a way of putting you at ease with your procedure and putting you in a good frame of mind when you leave.
