After many years as patients of Dr. Lee, we learned today that it will cost us $1500 each (total $3000) for me and my husband to "reserve" a "spot" so we can continue to keep Dr. Lee as our physician. What is going on here? Have we reached a time that now, we have to "buy" doctors. We are very disappointed in Dr. Lee. I plan to check the legality of such a despicable practice.
Office staff is rude and uncaring. The office is rude and completely inflexible. I was bringing in some x-rays and they closed and locked the front door in my face at the exact time listed for closing. I called through the door and said that I just wanted to drop off my x-rays. The woman told me to come back tomorrow. I slid them under the door and called back the next day to see if they had them.
