I highly recommend Chaya. She has been treating me for about a year, and the difference she has made has been incredible. Chaya takes the time to truly understand what is happening in my body and tailors each treatment with great care and skill. I recently had persistent knee pain, and after her treatment, the improvement was remarkable, it genuinely felt like she helped restore it. Overall, she has made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day, and I am very grateful I started seeing her.

Chaya deserves more than the 5 stars! This was hands-down the best remedial massage I’ve ever had. Even though she was running late, she was incredibly professional, apologising and extending my session to ensure I wasn't rushed. She also honoured the $20 first time discount.As someone whose physio doesn't do hands on work, Chaya’s technique was the 'missing piece of the puzzle.' Her intuitiveness is amazing; between the massage and the dry needling, she found every ache and used the perfect pressure. So glad I found her!
