Had a trigger therapy session with Amanda this morning . Was advised a great and easy after massage plan Although this was a first for this kind of treatment it definitely hit the spot

I wanted to share my experience with Chaya and the center. I have chronic pain in my left shoulder from using my laptop a lot and sleeping in the wrong positions. I tried massages and physiotherapy in different countries and centers but the pain never fully went away.
