What I received was NOT a remedial massage. I get regularly remedial treatments so I have a good understanding on what is and what is not. First of all, the initial experience. I walked upstairs and the therapist seems surprised when seeing me. I was the only one there so I thought the therapist would be expected to know my name and welcome me well.
