Very professional setting, comfortable and safe feeling. Since this was a first evaluation massage Karyn went over my medical history, discussing in depth past treatment and goals for this session. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught me quite a lot about how things can be interconnected to cause tension and pain. She was always checking in with me to see how movement and pressure felt, as well as periodic check on range of motion. I will definitely be booking future sessions!

Wonderful experience. Signed up for a relaxation massage but Karyn adjusted the session to NKT based on my condition. She taught me numerous things, worked with me an extra 1/2 hour and did not charge me for the time. This was the most important back therapy I’ve received since having major surgery in 2014. I will be continuing therapy here in the future.
Karyn is a genius, caring, explains my issues and solutions in detail, and I always feel better than when I arrived. I would highly recommend Karyn’s skills and kind manner.
