Oh my gosh, we called Stable Foundations for them to take a look. They knew exactly what our situation was and had a very sensible solution. Doug knew exactly what the cause of the problem was and the most common sense solution. I knew I would find a company who could handle a major problem with our house, and one that I trusted 100%. Other companies had so many different explanations of my problem and outrageous solutions that were even more unbelievable and scary.
After finding mushrooms growing in my crawlspace I called several local companies for estimates. All of the inspectors showed me photos of growth on my joists.
