We bought our house here in 2016. The original owner had French drains and two sump pumps installed in 2014. The work was done by another reputable company. However, by the owners fault or both, they never took the batton off the walls ( fiberglass on one side, shiny reflective on outer side). This stuff is not good and not used today. Vernon came to my house and was on time to the second. He couldn’t help me with my particular issue but was very informative, honest, and didn’t try to sell me something that didn’t make sense. Very honest person and I would use them in a second if needed.
Oh my gosh, we called Stable Foundations for them to take a look. They knew exactly what our situation was and had a very sensible solution. Doug knew exactly what the cause of the problem was and the most common sense solution. I knew I would find a company who could handle a major problem with our house, and one that I trusted 100%. Other companies had so many different explanations of my problem and outrageous solutions that were even more unbelievable and scary.
After finding mushrooms growing in my crawlspace I called several local companies for estimates. All of the inspectors showed me photos of growth on my joists. Doug from Stable Foundations impressed me immediately and presented me with a solution that made sense. These guys were great all around. Zach gave us a great estimate and recommendation of work we needed done in our crawl space. Sam was excellent help with scheduling and finance options.
