Stable Foundations came out today to access work previously completed in crawl space. Previously, an Inspector erroneously inferred possible fungal activity and water intrusion. The expert from Stable Foundation found no evidence of either. Stable Foundations came out on time, was very professional and is providing his conclusions in writing to our realtor. There was no service charge for the visit and the timeliness of his visit is enabling the timely closure on our home.

Doug Harkey came out to do a foundation inspection to determine cause of our basement leak. He was friendly and professional with his communication throughout the process. He was timely for the appt. We appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and honesty during a stressful time for us. He helped us diagnose the problem and offered solutions that guided us. Thank you Doug!

You can’t beat a free estimate!! My leak ended up not being foundation related but Steven went beyond and gave me some tips of where the leak could be happening. Thanks!!

Had an appointment scheduled during a time frame. No one sever showed up. Tried calling multiple times later that day. No one answered and the voice mail box was full, so couldn’t leave message. Messaged them saying that we did not have any one show up for our appointment time. It’s now four days later and no one ever contacted us.
