Had an appointment scheduled during a time frame. No one sever showed up. Tried calling multiple times later that day. No one answered and the voice mail box was full, so couldn’t leave message. Messaged them saying that we did not have any one show up for our appointment time. It’s now four days later and no one ever contacted us.
Truly appreciate Zach coming out and giving his honest advice about how we should handle some water issues. While he could have told us we needed to spend a bunch of money, he walked us through our options and told us WHY a coat of sealant would be perfectly sufficient for our issue.
Had a great experience where all my worries and concerns were answered. I appreciated the time the inspector took to explain to me what is foundational and what is not.
