Very honest! Might’ve saved me thousands. Wasn’t just coming out to tell me something was wrong just so they could get my business. I appreciate the guys honesty.
I had an issue under my house and friends told me about the honesty and integrity of Stable Foundation. They were correct! Their technician came out quickly and told us there was no issue to be concerned of as of now. Never tried to sell us something we did not need. Gave me suggestions and took my foundation information down in the event we needed them in the future! They would not even take any money for traveling out from Richmond to Chester. Amazing company!
We picked Stable Foundations to encapsulate our crawl space in October of 2021 based on their reputation of a locally owned business. In June of 2025, the Aprilaire Humidifier they installed wasn’t working. I called and they sent out a crew the same day to look at the unit and assess the situation. The following day they repaired the unit, that was under warranty, at no cost to us. Normally you leave a review when somebody performs a service, and Stable Foundations did not, but their honesty should be recognized. Doug took a lot of time to walk over my property, inside and out. He likely could have raised concerns for me and sold me on services that I didn’t need, but he simply educated me and told me what to look out for.
