I don't like to speak ill of others like this in public. I've been holding off making any public comments, but you deserve to be warned as a potential customer. Stay away from Stabilize and it's owner. Dishonest about professional licenses and certifications. Ask for proof first if you are still thinking of doing business. I'd move on
Upon the purchase of a new home that had basement water damage, we hired Stabilize to remediate any mold and fix the foundation cracks that were leading to the water damage. After the initial visit, we continued to see water leaking through the “corrected” cracks. For weeks we tried contacting the company owner for a follow up, and after 3 weeks, we were sent an employee to follow up and fix the still leaking cracks.
