Kate P was supposed to do my husband's counseling. After months of the run around we finally got him an appointment scheduled. The night before the appointment she text to confirm the appointment. Come the next day, 10 minutes before the appointment. She text stating she was sitting in the waiting room of her own doctor and will be late. When she was informed he needed to maintain his appointment as he has waited so long to get this started. He was then dropped as a client.
My daughter had a wonderful experience here and so did me and her dad. We were nervous but Jennifer Phillips made sure to make us all as comfortable as possible and the tools she gave us to help our daughter are amazing. I never fail to recommend her and this establishment to others who are seeking counseling.
