My husband had trouble with one of his levels. We spoke to many places about it and were getting nowhere. We finally called Stabila themselves and spoke to Amy, who was great. She was personable, patient, informative, and answered all of the questions that we had. After following her advice, we sent our level in and get a new one sent out under warranty. We had a very smooth experience with the whole thing. I highly recommend investing in these levels.
