We used Staas Plumbing to install a new bath with all the fixtures. It has been a complete mess ever since. The knobes don't work and the bath wasn't leveled correctly so now we have to have a moldy line of caulk around where the wall surround meets the bath. They refused to have anyone come out and fix it on our schedule they expect us to take off for work because not being able to use your cold water apparently isn't an emergency.
