Sam arrived right on time. He was very courteous and professional. He took time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. When he was done with everything, I had no questions to ask, because he had already covered my concerns. I was very pleased. Thank you very much.

Ena was fantastic, technician for Staar Alert was the greatest, she had set up the initial device which after a week we found out would not work well for me and my mobility issues so she had to come back to swap to the watch.
