Ena was fantastic, technician for Staar Alert was the greatest, she had set up the initial device which after a week we found out would not work well for me and my mobility issues so she had to come back to swap to the watch. It was smooth, She was very educational in teaching me the first one and this one and made sure i understood the new device before she left, she even was kind enough to put up with my over talkative dog while teaching me both times.
