I've been going to this office for many years, ever since Dr. Wood sold his practice to them. Ever since STAAMP took over, it has been an unorganized mess. They take for ever to process a simple follow up appointment. When you go in for the visit, they do not know why you are there and have to ask multiple times. Their notes are not accurate. The staff is kind, careful, and great communication. They paid attention to all small details to assure my safety and health were carefully managed. Thank you to my Nurses Adamari and Jordan and to NP Loera.
This isn't my usual STAAMP location, but I came here for a RUSH allergy shot appointment. Staff (Adamari, Jordan, Dr. Salar) was incredibly friendly, helpful throughout the entire process, and even came rushing(!) through the office to my room to check my vitals when I showed concern for my increasing heart rate.
Have been taking my daughter for months to this location. Very friendly staff, clean location, and very lil wait time if any. Best past of the location is Adamari my daughter doesn't like shots at all. But Adamari helps her be relaxed and not feel a thing. Will be coming here for as long as my daughter needs her shots so that Adamri can administer them. A+
