I followed Dr Jeffrey Hallett from Certified Allergy & Asthma in Alamo Heights to STAAMP in Olmos Park about 7 months ago because I really liked his allergist expertise and his fantastic patient care. You’d expect better from an allergy clinic in Olmos Park, but this place was a letdown. The office wasn’t clean, the staff came across as unmotivated, and the wait time was excessive—even though there were barely any patients. Definitely not the level of care or professionalism you’d hope for.

I've been going to this office for many years, ever since Dr. Wood sold his practice to them. Ever since STAAMP took over, it has been an unorganized mess. They take for ever to process a simple follow up appointment. When you go in for the visit, they do not know why you are there and have to ask multiple times. Their notes are not accurate.
