Not only does the gym offer many amenities but the staff and people who workout here are very nice and respectful. I love how the sauna stays clean and never smells, I’ve been to other gyms where the saunas are cramped and stink and it was not enjoyable. Definitely would recommend.
Nice pool, sauna, and their instructors are unmatched!! Body pump is my favorite!
The staff here are all very helpful and friendly. The physical trainers are great motivators, and can help set up a routine specific to one’s needs. There is a 50/50 mix of young people and older people. Everyone here is serious about improving their health and fitness, 30 year olds and 80 year olds alike. Impossible to cancel even in person. It seems impossible because the balance on your account must be at zero to shut it down and prevent further monthly billing AND LATE FEE'S. I went to this gym about 2 times. I asked for a trial, but the woman I signed up with named Ashley made it clear they do not offer two week free trials so I had to pay the start up fee's and enroll. I tried to cancel the first month knowing I would not be going to Sta Fit. To this day I am still receiving text messages that piss me off claiming there ... read more
