They don't clean properly or update the equipment, but they're happy to saddle you with multiple late fees after you've changed debit cards because the collector they use doesn't identify itself when calling and no one mentions any of this when you've come into the gym. They're also happy to overcharge by "mistake" and act like they've done you a favor when correcting the triple charge. Awful. Joined Sta-Fit im January with my wife and we can not say enough about how great the gym and its staff are! Kim one of the Managers is always smiling and does a great job with her staff and customers, extremely friendly! Her front desk staff are all ready to help with all your needs and questions! They have a large gym and friendly environment to work out and rarely need to wait for equipment because they have enough machines! This gym looks like an overstock exercise equipment storage garage. Looks like kindergartners painted it. Bring back Golds
McKayla at the front desk was so friendly and she gave me a great tour of the facility. They have some awesome pieces of equipment. Especially the Gen 1 Cybex Hack Squat! I'll be back for sure.
Great place. Clean, not too many people, good variety of machines. People here are great about wiping down machines and putting weights back where they belong. My only complaint is that they no longer offer a reasonable one-week pass. If you come back here for holidays to visit family, they now only offer day passes for $20/day or a week pass for $80. Alternatively you can get a one week holiday pass from the YMCA for $16. As much as I like this place, I'll use the YMCA from now on.
