If you have a loved one that resides here I would consider finding safer place with staff that actually care about their residents health and safety and doesn't tell them things like just cover yourself up with a sheet when they've got bats flying around their unit........... disappointing and utterly disgusting, but I guarantee they are right there when they are supposed to collect money but nowhere to be found when they are needed to help the residents. This place should be closed down.
