Can never ever get an appointment
Very poor service. I have been prescribed antibiotics that I'm allergic to even though I told the person I saw at the surgery. Unable to get antibiotics that are ok for me as can't get another appointment. This is the third time I have had a problem in the last three visits to the surgery.
Thankfully i am a very heathy 66 year old when you need to see a doctor you are told to ring at 8.00am only when you get through all appointments have gone for that day and are told to ring tomorrow at 8.00 probably to be told again all appointments have gone worst medical centre ever and staff who answered phones have a attitude even before you have said anything
Cannot get a appointment ring at 8 in the morning told your no 11, and they are fully booked.
