AWFUL DOCTORS AVOID AT ALL COSTS ; transferred here 6 weeks ago have called continuously and been unable to get an appointment; on hold for 30 minutes at a time to be told appointments all gone. Do not use you won’t get to see GP; I asked why did they take on new patient when clearly have no availability they said “ we aren’t allowed to close our books” DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
I am totally fed up with being told I cannot make an advanced booking because the lists are closed. Yet your auto message says you can make advanced bookings. Look all I want is to see a doctor in a practice I have been a patient for 22 years. This is only the second time in three months. I need to see a GP. Its neither wonder people end up going to A&E.
