Very friendly and helpful!
Great first work out today at Fit Body Boot Camp! The trainer was inviting, knowledgeable and helped me with my form and the group was great! Everyone was nice and I didn’t feel judged even though I am not in the best shape and looked really confused most of the time. 😂 can’t wait to go back!
Love BOOTCAMP!!! Totally feels like a family & that’s super important for me. To feel like your part of something; rather than just gettin’ the workout done. That & they!ve really given me hope that the journey will pay off, if I put the work in. They have given me some tools w/ nutrition, so I can potentially get there sooner. I joined Fit Body St. Vital because I needed to do something for myself. If you are looking for a place to workout in a positive environment where everyone is there for their own reason and no judgement, this is the place to go. Coaches and members are both encouraging and supportive. And when you are there time goes by super quick and when you leave you feel great. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t.
